Brookwood Townhouse Apartments
are available in two luxurious configurations:
The Hampton model features a large master
bedroom with master bath on the upper level and a second bedroom
(or den/office) and full bath on the ground floor. The Hampton model
also boasts catherdral ceilings and a loft which overlooks the living
space below.
The Montauk model
features a large master bedroom with master bath on the upper level
and a second bedroom as well. A third bedroom (or den/office) and
full bath are located on the ground floor.
Both Townhouse Apartments have a laundry room with
washer and electric dryer connections, an attached one car garage,
back yard patio, central air conditioning and heat, and a fully equipped
modern kitchen with abundant countertop space and cabinets.
