I have just started my 6th year at Brookwood Townhouse Apartments.
Have only good things to say about it. The staff has proven to be
very helpful.The atmosphere is lovely. 2 bedroom unit is large and
comfortable. I hope to stay many more years.
The Best Deal In Town

I have lived at the Brookwood Townhouses since 1996 and have been
very happy and content here. The space
that one gets for the price is outstanding, compared to other developments
in the area. There are two bedrooms (one upstairs, one downstairs,
no other tenants above or below you) they also have three bedroom
units, two full bathrooms, a spacious living room with a cathedral
ceiling, an attached garage, including a driveway for an additional
car.
You
can enter the garage from inside the unit, there is tons of closet
space, a laundry room for a washer and dryer, a dishwasher, range,
refrigerator in the kitchen area, plenty of countertop space and
closet space for dishes, groceries etc. and central air.
The grounds are very
well kept, very peaceful and secure, well lit at night and electronic
card access required at night at gated entrance with a guard
at attendance.
The landlord is more than accommodating and reasonable,
and the maintenance staff are all very courteous and helpful.
There is a prompt maintenance schedule (i.e. changing CAC filters
regularly, checking and testing fire alarms and smoke detectors,
vaccuming dryer vents) and the few times that I have had to request
maintenance or repairs, the office staff has been most helpful,
and the response quick and complete.
After 8 and one
half years living here, I highly recommend
Brookwood Townhouses.

A Nice Place To Live

Brookwood is a nice community in a secluded setting, complete
with trees. The apartments contain spacious rooms with cathedral
ceilings, as well as central air. Various shopping opportunities
are in close proximity.

A Good Amount Of Space For The Price

We looked at a lot of places and Brookwood Townhouses give you
a good amount of space for the money. There is an attached garage,
two or three bedrooms, two bathrooms and lots of closets. The grounds
are nice and parking is good too. We had no trouble with the landlord
at all. In fact, we found him to be very accommodating and pleasant.
All of our maintenance requests were handled quickly and with no
charge. I would recommend living here.

Brookwood - A Wonderful Place To Live

I moved into the Brookwood Townhouse apartment community in April
2005. What a huge and spacious 2-bedroom/2 bathroom townhouse.
I am especially pleased with the open floor plan which features
a large living room and a modern kitchen with bountiful cabinet
space and more countertops than I could ever use.
The entire community is extremely clean and safe in a well-planned
park-like setting. Amenities include tennis courts, two swimming
pools and a recently built clubhouse with a gym. Every night there
is a security guard at the front gate to further enhance safety
in the community.
The maintenance team is quick to respond and make repairs in a
timely manner. In fact, that is one reason the townhomes are in
such excellent condition. When I moved in, the apartment was updated
with brand new wall to wall carpet and window blinds -- and it
was freshly painted from top to bottom. It was like moving into
a brand new building.
All of the townhomes feature a beautiful landscaped front yard
entry area and every home has backyard patios and bountiful yard
space -- perfect for barbecues with your friends and neighbors.
I've made friends with several neighbors and we enjoy entertaining
and social activities on a regular basis. It was an unexpected
fringe benefit. It seems most of the people who live here are clean,
decent and respectful of their neighbors and the community.
During this hot summer central air conditioning has been a blessing.
If one gets too hot simply visit Brookwood's swimming pool. Townehouse
Drive is perfect for a lovely morning or evening walk.
For the price of renting a Brookwood Townhouse, families, couples
and singles enjoy relaxed comfortable living in a peaceful, quiet,
clean and safe community. Clearly, the management truly cares about
the property and residents. Their commitment to excellence is evident.
Based on my own experience, my recommendation is that the Brookwood
Townhouse apartments is a top-notch community to live in. It is
unlikely that one can find such a beautiful large home for the
price. I have already recommended this community to several friends
and family.
